Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days can be reviewed case by case but are not guaranteed.

• Apparel must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.
• Accessories and totes must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Items that show wear, odour, pet hair, or alteration cannot be accepted.

• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong item, size, or colour.
• The item does not fit and meets the condition requirements above.
• Change of mind, within the 30-day window and in original condition.

Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, including shipping, and we cover the return cost. For change-of-mind and sizing returns, the customer pays return shipping.

• Final-sale and clearance items, where marked.
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces.
• Donations, sponsorships, and Shepherd Circle contributions, which support the herd directly and are not refundable.

Email info@goatsinthecity.ca with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. Include a photo if the item arrived damaged. We will reply with return instructions and a return address. Please do not ship anything back before you receive those instructions.

The fastest way to exchange a size is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order, so your preferred size is not sold out while the return is in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will confirm approval by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and we will trace the shipment with the carrier.
